Vinification & Aging Methods

Grapes for this wine are hand-harvested to ensure quality. Fifty percent of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with the remaining portion fermented in stainless steel tanks. This method imparts subtle oak characteristics while preserving the grape’s natural freshness.
