These vineyards are located at elevations up to 3,600 feet, experiencing warm daytime temperatures and cool nights, which promote healthy and full maturation of the grapes. The complex soils, comprising alluvial and sandy components, contribute to the wine’s unique character. 

Vinification & Aging Methods

The grapes are hand-picked and sorted prior to vinification. The wine is aged for 16 months in first and second-use French oak barrels and then spends an additional 12 months in bottle before release.
